Well to start it off. Today is a rest day. But besides my regular routine, I'm also on taking part in the 100 day Burpee challenge. 100 burpees for time on day one (completed in 13:00 even) then 1 burpee day 1, 2 burpees day 2, etc for 100 days. It ends with the final 100 on Jan. 19th. I'm hoping to first of all finish, and second of all, get my time under 9:00. It's going to be tough.
 
Couple of WODs to report.

10/17/11 = GWOD = working on muscle up teqnique
WOD = 30 snatch for time (completed in 4:23 - though only 45 lbs)
6 burpees

10/18/11 = GWOD = more ring/muscle up work
WOD = three rounds for time of: 12 muscle ups (modified obviously), 75 squats completed
in just over 23:00
7 burpees
 
10/19/11

GWOD = for time: 200 squats, 1200 rope skips (completed in 24:55)
WOD = 5 sets of 5 shoulder presses, increase load each round
8 burpees
 
I wish I could do several rounds of 12 muscle ups. I wish I could do 1 round of 12 muscle ups.

Heck, I wish I could do 1 muscle up.

Even an ugly, dodgey one would do.
 
Haha - yea. I've realized that's going to be something that will take a crap ton of work (and probably quite a bit of weight loss) to accomplish. I'll work at it though. One day....

10/20/11 - GWOD = work on hollow body rocks
WOD = for time: five rounds of 40 double unders, 30 box jumps, 20 kettle ball swings, 10
burpees. Completed in 34:21

10/21/11 - WOD = 5 rounds for time of 15 deadlifts (95lbs) and 15 knees to elbows. Completed in 15:07
10 burpees

10/24/11 - GWOD = work on back bridges
WOD = for time: 5 rounds of 400m run and 15 over-head squats (45lbs). Completed in 24:50
13 burpees
 
Update

10/25/11 WOD = five rounds for time of 30 kettle ball swings, 30 hollow rocks, 30 burpees.

10/27/11 WOD = five rounds for time of 3 cleans and 20 burpees.

10/29/11 = did my first fight gone bad. 1 minute each (continuously running clock) of wall ball shots, sumo deadlift high pulls, box jumps, push presses, and row with a one minute rest in between. Every rep/calorie rowed is a point. Scored 211. Hope to get it over 250 next time.

10/31/11 = 100 push ups (narrow) 100 v sits, and 100 squats for time.

Up to 20 burpees now. Tomorrow is 21 :)
 
11/02/11 - 3 rounds of 50 double unders and 10 burpees, as well as - as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 9 deadlifts (115 lbs), 12 push ups and 15 box jumps. Eight rounds completed.

I didn't do my burpees today as I could barely stand after this workout so I've decided to do them tomorrow.
 
11/14/11 = 300 double unders for time. Then 3 x 7 rounds on thrusters (increase weight every time until maxed).

11/15/11 = 32 rounds of tabata sumo deadlift high pull (for max reps) - managed 189

11/16/11 = for time: 25 walking lunges, 20 pull ups, 50 box jumps, 20 double unders, 25 ring dips, 20 knees to elbows, 30 kettleball swings, 30 sit ups, 20 hang squat cleans, 25 back extensions, 30 wall ball shots, and 3 rope climbs.

11/18/11 = 32 rounds of tabata squats, holding at bottom for the ten second "rest"

11/21/11 = GWOD = as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, and 15 squats (did 14 rounds), and WOD = 4 rounds for time : 400 m run, 15 thrusters, 15 pull ups (time was 29:25)
