Fluxing weight

I workout regularly and I don't eat anything sugary...but I can't seem to get the weight to stay off. For Example this morning I weighed out at 200.4 but then an hour later I was 205.6 and all I had to eat today was a peanut butter powder banana smoothie with low fat soy milk ....i don't understand why I flux so much. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make it stop?

That's not really something you can control. Weight will fluctuate several pounds over the course of the day and it's a natural thing. It's better to focus on the overall trend over a longer period of time.

It doesn't really matter when you eat. If you are weighing yourself multiple times a day, you're going to see a fluctuation based on what you've eaten and drank that day. I fluctuated 4 lbs between morning and night yesterday. As long as the overall trend is downward over multiple days/weeks, I think you're ok.

Yeah, eating after 18:30 isn't going to be the problem, don't worry. I can go up 4/5lbs from morning to afternoon - it's down to a lot of factors. Why are you weighing yourself an hour after already weighing in anyway? Your best to weigh at the same time each day (most people will pick as soon as they wake up and have gone to the loo!) and then not doing it again for a few days/a week.
