I've had 2 c-sections, the first was sewn beautifuly, the second not so much. The dr pulled a stitch too tight and now there's a bit of flubber that looks like belly fat (and probably is). I just don't know if I could possibly get my tummy flat enough to smooth out this darn stitch area. Do you think it's possible? If so, can you suggest any additional exercises I can throw into my routine. Currently, I take tae kwon do 3X per week, use the Total Trainer about 2X per week and am working on running (*although a lot of my running is walking right now..oye)
