It is Sunday night. This morning I decided to start losing weight again. Then, my brother took my family out for my birthday - Olive Garden
Not a good start... I had a soup, bread sticks, and a pasta dish. Some cake, too. Not good, but what're ya gonna do. I had my 32nd birthday a week ago.

Target Weight: 180
Here's my plan, in a nutshell.
I need to have a specific plan, always, and this is what I want to try now. I know I also need to cut sweets and carbs considerably, but I cannot declare them "forbidden" - if I do, when I have a little cake it'll make me feel so guilty.
Here's a picture we took just yesterday. I'm the big guy standing. I don't like how I look, and I want to change that. I've done it before, and I want to do it again. I'll keep you posted.

- Eat moderate portions
- Eat slow
- Drink lots of water
- Move around more
