I'm a golfer and looking to find some specific stretches and/or mobility exercises to help increase my flexibility. I especially need to work on upper body flexibility - in the shoulders, neck, upper back, etc.
I was just wondering if anyone knew where I could find some golf-specific flexibility information. I already have a daily 30 minute stretching routine, but if I could find some golf-specific stretches I would definitely like to incorporate them as well. Thanks for the help!
