What's the nutrition info on the bottles? and what's on the ingredients list?

Some of them are no calorie but have a bit of sodium in them, others are sweetened with crystallized fructose which, from what I've read very briefly, isn't all that better for you than HFCS.

the label says all natural but is there anything on the ingredients list that you couldn't find elsewhere in the grocery store?

you can put a pitcher of water in the fridge and drop in some lemon slices or orange slices or even some sliced strawberries or other fruit and make your own flavored water.

Thanks for the response, These are the Facts from the bottle.

Calories: 0
Total Fat: 0g
Sodium: 0mg
Total Carb: 0g
Sugars: 0g
Protein: 0g

Ingredients: Carbonated water, natural flavors, aspartame potassium, acesulfame potassium, citric acid

i put flavor water, crystal light and diet soda in the same category.. they all have some kind of sugar in them.. only thing that wont hurt your weightloss would be plain ol water.. if you must drink the flavor water why not once a week or squeeze some fresh lemon juice in your bottle.

It wont be bad to your weight loss... But you should avoid unnecessary products with additives, even if they seem harmless, because if you're always eating or drinking a certain product, you're accumulating the same additives and dont giving time to your liver to get rid of them. Accumulated additives can lead to diseases at long term. Plus, it's different when you have pure water and water connected with other substances, it doesnt fuction the same way in your body. It's always better to your body to drink pure water.

Scientific research seems to suggest that aspartame is bad for you, that it causes brain cancer later in life. But there's been nothing conclusive.

In the same way, I can't make up my own mind about aspartame. Most of the time I try not to drink Diet Coke, and I often tell others not to drink it. But sometimes I still do... I know, it's hypocritical. Sometimes it's so useful for reducing cravings without adding calories. But I would like to stop drinking it.
