Hey guy's, I'm new to the whole burning calories / work out routine; however, I have been reading that drinking water can be very beneficial when attempting to cut some weight (in addition to obvious rigorious excercise) My question now comes here: I'm not a huge pure water fan, however I can do it. I've stumbled across Flavored Water Fruit2O, a no calorie flavored water, the ingredients read as follows:
Purified Water, CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF NATURAL FLAVOR, Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Sucralose and Acesulfame Potassium (Sweetners), Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Sorbate (Preserve Freshness).
Would any of the ingredients be inhibbiting to weight loss, or based on it's a no calorie flavored water beverage, can it really not hurt what so ever. I guess what I want to know is, I'm a huge pop drinker, trying to cut back, I can do water if it will aid me in working out and cutting back on weight (I'm not nessicarly overweight maybe 5lb's or so max), but will this Fruit2O drink also prove beneficial for cutting back some pounds like water would.
Thanks for your time and help
