Flattening.

Hello everyone, I recently over the course of 6 months lost 71 pounds. (238 - 167)

The two things I have trouble flattening is my "man boobs" and my stomach.

Any exercises you would recommend or should I just keep doing cardio?
 
Hey Thizz, welcome to the forum!

Keep doing cardio, but you may need to add some strength training 2-3 days per week.

Also, what is your overall diet like?
