I'm just getting around to doing this. I hope this will help. I know that the challenges are helping. When I get where I want to quit, I think of all of you that are doing the same and it keeps me going knowing that I'm not by myself.
I weighed a day early:p I lost 3.5 lbs this week, which, I know won't happen all the time. But, it's a start. I also did not buy my 12 pack of Diet Rite's this week. I bought all water. Usually, the 12 pack will get me to the next Thursday. I'll see if it makes a difference, if so, I won't be drinking them very often any longer.

Breakfast
1 cup coffee
1 piece plain toast

Snack
2 artichoke hearts

Lunch
apple
oatmeal bar

I'm not sure of the calories though.

lunch
1/2 pimento cheese
6 baby carrots

dinner: messed up here, as usual
1 slice of spiral ham
1/4cup green bean casserole
1/4 cup eggplant casserole
1/4 cup sour cream and chive potatoes
2 dinner rolls

Had 64 oz water
