Flabby glutes and Hammy's

Hi all,
I've started up running lately as well as a bodyweight workout regime. I'm feeling and seeing alot of changes, but I've still got a real flabby behind and my thighs n hips are still too. My lower legs are good and my quads are killer (used to be a cyclist), but my forementioned areas aren't really changing at all. Is it just that that area tends to be the last place to burn off or is there other running techniques or bodyweight exercises to specifically target that area?

You lose fat evenly all over...so if there was more there to begin with, you may see the results you are after there later. Some suggestions are running stairs/hills and sprints (speedwork). Trust me, if you sprint a 400 you will feel it immediately in your glutes :)
