Wow Machete, you have set yourself a big challenge. I'm sure you can do it! 1lb at a time! Glad to have someone else joining in too. I will have to think of a good prize!
 
I'm doing a weight loss competition with my mom and sister. Each of us put $100 into a pot, so on December 2nd, one of us will win $300! I HAVE to be the one to win so that I can buy new clothes for my new bod, haha. For the rest of December, I'll keep trying to lose, but will be happy to just maintain. :)

I'm hoping for a crazy amount of weight loss, but all done with good health and fitness as a first priority!

I changed the dates to reflect my normal weigh-in day of Fridays.

I know exactly what happened this week. pool was closed, it was a holiday weekend and I had a big chinese dinner on Friday. My own fault and will do better for myself next week. Gutted! I knew it wouldn't be a big loss but I wasn't expecting a 2lb gain. Live and learn eh?
