Fitness Plan.....what do you think?

Hello everyone I would really love your input on this. Im a personal trainer and I'm looking to find out what everyday people look for in a diet and exercise plan. Whether it's length and frequency of workouts or variations in exercises etc.. Im am going to be releasing a free ebook full of muscle toning workouts and diet tips and any input would be extremely helpfull. Please go to the site below and anwer the question honestly.
