Fitness Plan Help

I recently started a new workout and diet plan. I am looking to lose 15lb and maintain that weight. I am currently 159lb and 5'7. My daily caloric intake is between 1450-1550. I also workout 5-6 a day week. I do 3 days of interval running on the treadmill for 60 minutes. Medium speed(4.5-5mph) for 3 minutes then high intensity(9mph) for 1 minute, alternating. 2 days, I do a weight circuit that focuses on different parts of the body. I just want to know if my plan is good, for the amount of weight that I would like to use.

That sounds pretty reasonable...although your calorie intake sounds a bit on the low side. Stick with it for a few weeks. If it's not working, then something needs to change.

From my experience as a personal trainer it seems to be on the athletic training side. While many of people can lose weight this way, often times it makes them very hungry and they tend to overeat. I would recommend long distance cardio such as a 2 hour low intensity hike, long bike ride (over 90 min) and low intensity cardio after weight training for at least 45 minutes. Irregardless, there is more than one way to lose weight. Just stay committed and always search for answers.

Exercise make your life healthy. It is help you to lose weight. Make your body fit and rough. But it is do in right way, then you get good result...otherwise it's bad result.Follow proper instructions during exercise period.
