I'm 15 years old and i am 5"10, and weigh 150lbs. I have decent muscular strength and muscular endurance, but i seriously lack a good diet. I have looked at various charts and things on the recommended daily amount of carbs, protein, fat etc. but i honestly have no idea about it. I am sure that with my current work-out (and with a little bit of a push) and a healthy balanced diet, i will increase my fitness.
I am wondering what my daily calorie intake should be, considering my work-out is based on the Parachute Regiments.
I am also wondering what my daily amount of all the nutrients should be?
I know i am training early for the army, but good preparation is the key to success.
