Fitness for rugby

Hi, ive been playing rugby for 2 seasons just for the game.
This season im playing at under 20 level which is alot more competitive, ive been training with weights and bulking for almost 2 years and im not as fit as i have been.

Can anyone give me a sprint routine etc, to help with my acceleration and stamina. I want to lose as little weight as I can an build my legs as much as possible.
