Been working out at my local YMCA religiously since about April 2005. Went from a size 9 to a size 1/2 I think...
I do hella cardio, started lifting weights like---last week, then my brother tells me "if you want to tone, lift light--more reps" the same **** I've heard a million times and then some, so I'm gonna do that, and just focus on cardio--again....
My goal, like most people is just to have a nice bod, lean, fit, the usual
I'm a health nut when it comes to food---fruit, vegetables, but too many saltines which is my binge food as crazy as it sounds...
But yeah, I'm working my ass off--literally, towards my goal.
