Yeah, I definitely think it would be a great idea for a number of people who need a visual example, the only part that could be difficult would be the correct form for some exercises...some would be debatable. For example, benching using a bodybuilding grip with elbows flared or more of a powerlifting with elbows tucked and palms under...or conventional deads, some people squat all of the way down, but some use their back more...or bent over rows being completely bent over and parallel to the ground more like pendlay rows, or a "semi" BOR....sorry for the rant, i'm done :)

Yeah...go for it. Also, I think prob addressing different variations like AJP mentioned might not be a bad idea. Hey...you gonna throw some 1 arm bb snatches in there?;)

Well you already know I'm all for it! I would be more than happy to pay shipping for a dvd that shows me how to do things correctly :)

Sounds good. It might be alot of work to put things together, but I think that it is a great idea. If you need my help just shoot me a PM. :)

Why? Their are hundreds of dvd's out their on exercising in proper form. What would seperate yours from the rest? I mean what would make your dvd better than Jay Cutler's?

Now if Lv made a DVD i'd buy that simple because he is nice to look at. :) lol jk Leeipooh

I wouldn't want one myself - but I say go for it.

There are some sites out there that offer visuals on technique - some of them have full vids, though alot just have photos or Gifs of photos and you have to guess how they got from starting to finish positions.

Who owns Fitness.com? Maybe with a bit of cunning wordsmithery you can work out how to get it put up with the site, or failing that, just upload it to your own site. (I know, I know you want hardcopies - but a DVD costs anywhere between 50 cents and a dollar. Who wants to pay that?)
