I have been thinking about running a fitness based challenge for a while and have had a couple expressions of interest in my diary so I am floating the idea here to see if there is anybody interested.

There will be NO weigh ins, points will be based on improved fitness levels for both strength and cardio along with inches lost. Point will also be added each week for exercise completed for both strength and cardio.

If there is enough people interested I will set a start date and post up the web address for the google online tracking spreadsheet etc.
 
Count me in!

I'd like to do two aquafit classes a week. One other aerobic activity and eventually using kettlebells.

it seems we don't have a lot of interest yet.

you don't need to be fit already for this challenge, and the basic fitness tests to set starting values don't require a gym or any special equipment.
