You should get the orientation it is the best!
It keeps your settings on all of the strength training machines, sets up a range of motion, and tracks everything you lift. Then you can go on the internet and see what you have done. For cardio you can track everything you do too...you can track from treadmill to elliptical to outdoor running/walking to shoveling snow. It is an excellent motivater being able to see all that you've done in an organized manner that you can print out.
