BMI is useless so don't much notice of that...according to that I'm obese at 72kg as it doesn't take muscle mass into account...that's sounds about right though for maintenance cals though...to lose et you'll need to decrease a little and increase actyivity a little...for muscle gain you'll need to increaase cal's a litle and increase activity intensity a little...but take weekly wt readings and iff losing to slow or fast or gaining fat instead of muscle, make the neccesary changes
 
you could use more monounsaturated fat, and a little less carbs, particularly if your goal is to lean out. although at 5'4" and 120lbs, you shouldn't need to lean out much. if you are 'chubby' right now, it sounds like you need to gain some lean muscle mass and lose some fat. you'll need some weights for that...don't worry you won't hulk out and look like a man!
