Fitday.com HIIT how to add

For anyone who uses Fitday.com how would you add HIIT into the activities section. My HIIT consists of 30 minutes with 10 minutes of that being a warmup/cool down. 15 minutes being jogging at moderate pace, and 5 minutes of running full sprint.
 
So you'd break it down just like that. Do it by parts. Your warm up pace or how long you went, your sprinting pace or how long you go..etc.
