im getting back in shape and i got some fit tubes

purple heavy duty.

i was woundering if any body seen documents ,pics..or whatever on diffrent exercises i can do with it.thx for the help.

What are the totality of your plans and/or goals? Do you plan to weight train? Diet to bulk or cut? More info is need to assist you personaly

well my goal is to loose deos love handles..lol

and the extra fat.see i loose and gain very fast.

so:love handles(stomec),flab under the arms.
