AHiyyyaaa!! ready to be fit and fab :hurray: :)) !!

Week 1
Monday : running/walking for 20 mins. stair climbing for 10 mins. sit-ups for 20 mins
Wednesday : jumping jacks and jumping rope for 20 mins. running/walking for 20 mins.
Friday : sit-ups for 10 mins. running/walking for 20 mins. stair climbing for 15 mins.

Wooohh!!! need to get ready!!
