Sport Fish oil pills/timing Q

Hey all,

I was wondering what's the recommended dose of fish oil pills daily? I've read 1 per 10 pounds of body weight, but to not exceed 15 pills per day. I've only been taking 2-3 a day (following the instructions, silly me). But I want to make sure I get my fatty acids.

Any rule of thumb you guys follow?

ALSO: When meal timing, do you start your count of time until the next meal when you START eating the current meal or when you're FINISHED eating? Been bugging me for a while!
 
I go for 10 a day. that's only 2 pills per meal, skipping post workout meal of course.
 
lol dude I wouldn't worry too much about that meal time thing. your meals don't have to be EXACTLY on the spot seperated by the exact amount of time. I try to keep mine about 2 hours apart each, I doubt it will kill you to take an extra hour before or after one meal O.O.
