fish oil or fish capsuels

lol

if u want fish oil, like eat it, go eat fish, especially salmon

,
but

most people take fish oil capsules because they are more convenient.

both are healthy, yet fish oil capsules, depending on brand, may be **fake** u gotta watch what brand.

a good guideline I heard today is that good fish oil caps, the DHA and EPA content should add up to 1/3 of the total content of the cap. so most are 1000mg, so 333mg of DHA + EPA (those are the two omega 3 fatty acids that are the healthy ones we're after)

a combo of non-farm raised salmon (if possible) and tuna (mainly fillets/steaks..the canned stuff loses a lot of omegas) , plus fish oil caps to pull up the slack is best.

Omega 3 is one of the best things you can add to a diet. So you are doing right by looking for one. Just to let you know omega 3, been known to reduce cholesterol, blood pressure, increase elacticity of arteries. It is one of the most important nutrients you can put in your body.

I've been taking Omega 3, 6 & 9 supplements for a few years now as I don't get the chance to eat fish that often. I did go through a stage of taking the oil - mainly in smoothies or over cereal but it got a bit too much to handle! I'd recommend sticking to the capsule form!
