Sport Fish oil - frequency?

Hey guys,

I'm going to pick up some fish oil from the store right now, as I have read they are a great source of fatty acids.

However, when do I take them? Once a day? Twice a day? I am cutting, so I have read it's a must.

taking fish oil supplements is much convenient LOLz

& i take 2 capsules a day, after a meal, most people take one, depending on the product, read the instructions
 
The instructions say just take 1-2 capsules a day, preferably with a meal.

So should I take it with my lunch and dinner meals?
Does it depend on what I eat for meals?
 
i'm glad ur taking fish oil, most people dont eat alot of fishes these days and yes. fish oil promotes healthy muscles,heart, and a bunch of other wonders + it improves your BMR by up to 400.
 
Yeah, I used to just eat tuna a few times a week, but this is so much more convenient to get the EFAs I need daily.

Does this aid the fat burning process in any way?

yes, it raises your overall metabolism and improves your body's overall functions :] bahh i heard canned tuna isn't healthy, cause of the mercury content iin the can lolz.

Yes, I'm talking about the pill form. Not cod oil, just normal fish oil.
