Sport First-timer ~ Trouble eating enough food

Hello everyone~ Long time reader, first time poster here. First off I want to say that you guys are all awesome lol. I started viewing these forums during the summer and since then my goal has been to bulk! With the information I found here I was able to put on about 12 lbs in roughly 2 months. Since then however, it seems like I have hit a plateau because I have been trying to continue to bulk, but I'm having lots of problems with eating food. I'm always trying to eat more, but my stomach keeps on saying no :mad: and I just can't force myself to eat enough without wanting to throw up. Is there any tips that you guys can help me out with on eating more food? Like, would drinking more water help me want to eat more food? I just don't understand how so many of you guys can bulk/cut so well when compared to myself. I've only gained 2 lbs since summer (roughly 2-3 months ago) and i'm just really confused at what I'm doing wrong now. I'm 5'8" and 132 lbs currently at age 20 (yeah I'm a stick lol). Any constructive information is appreciated and thanks again for all the help you guys have given previously!
 
you're eating 6 meals now? add a 7th.

water will help digest, so you'll be ready to eat again later if you drink water with this meal, etc.
