First time going to gym in a while

Hey guys, I'm 16 and have been going to the gym on and off. I used to do crossfit for a couple months, but had to stop for sports. Now I am going to a local gym instead of crossfit (just to try it out). What should I do when I am there? Like, which exercises or maybe a workout to do. I know how to do a lot of lifts and took a class at school on how to lift and use gym equipment. Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you!
 
Have you taken a look at the young athlete development section yet? There are some sticky threads there that might help you come up with a program.
