You have always been tough and one with a great attitude, Woodt. You will do well on these tests.

I SUGGEST this TEST will be no CONTEST because Woodt will pull out his brains upon REQUEST and give all the teachers cardiac ARREST.........>:)

Just a-chillen.

I have had a rather busy week and a half with setting up PC's, servers, and interviewing potential employees at the new business my boss recently purchased. Next week is goanna be busy too. I have alot of network wiring to do and setting up some wireless routers. I will be working mainly in the evening, so I have adjust my workouts a bit to compensate.

(Like I have done many times before, so its not that big of a deal. I just seal the deal by making it ideal, because I am made of friggen steel, and I do not squeel when life sends me an orange peel).

It is going just great, Woodt. Thank you very much for asking.

Peace to all!

training using your bodyweight.

pullups
pushups
single leg squats
etc, anything you do with only your bodyweight.

Now all of those exercise can be added weight to though, then technically it's not really bodyweight exercises anymore, but there is not really a point in drawing such a clear definition between weighted and bodyweight exercises, you should use both in your training and not be a tight arse and adhere only to one of them. What I'm trying to say is, both have unique benifits.

I found bodyweight exercises to be a good start to my fitness plan. It didn't require any gym memberships or fancy equipment and I was able to get a great workout in. I'm progressing to new plans that use both bodyweight and dumbbells and because of the BW workouts, I'm in much better shape to make this transition.
