First steps ??

So I've noticed since changing jobs, that I'm not as active, and the lbs are starting to creep back on. What should I do to move those extras?
 
have you tried finding time to walk around your work? maybe find some after work?
 
Find a partner to train with her and keep each other motivated!

This is a good idea because if you find the partner than you get so much help to keep that extra off. Lets take my example when I am doing all this alone some times I think to quite but to avoid this kind of taught I find my buddy who loves exercise. Now we both going gym regularly and challenge each other for better result.
 
What I would suggest doing is take a good look at what has changed in your life from your old job to your new job so that whatever you were doing before you can do now for example you might of walked a lot more in your old job so to compensate you can walk more now.
