Firming Without Losing Weight

Hello darlings!

I would love some help with this, I am trying to somehow create a firmer shape (buttocks, stomach, thighs) without losing weight, because I do not want to lose weight, nor do I want to lose my hourglass figure, so I am not trying to bulk up, just firm these places up a bit :)

Are there any exercises I could start doing that really help firm me up?

I am currently not member of a gym, but I might become one again, right now I have some equipment at my own place, such as weights and a stationary bike.
I also am on a very healthy diet which exists mainly out of raw foods, eating many greens and fruits, and make sure to eat plenty of fats such as coconut, avocado, nuts, olive oil.

I do not mind if it is going to be hard, I would just love some tips, I would appreciate it so much! Thank you for reading :luxlove:

well for those areas, you'll want squats, lunges, deadlifts, and ab work like crunches, reverse crunches, and hanging leg raises.

Now, while you are at it, I'd suggest workign the upper body a bit too, even if you don't focus a ton on it. a simple routine of dumbbell bench presses at an incline of no more than 45 degrees, and then alternate between seated cable rows (or bent over rows), and cable pulldowns (or pullups if you can do them)

You could have a tidy little full body workout with 5 exercises plus a little ab work.
