I would love some help with this, I am trying to somehow create a firmer shape (buttocks, stomach, thighs) without losing weight, because I do not want to lose weight, nor do I want to lose my hourglass figure, so I am not trying to bulk up, just firm these places up a bit![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
Are there any exercises I could start doing that really help firm me up?
I am currently not member of a gym, but I might become one again, right now I have some equipment at my own place, such as weights and a stationary bike.
I also am on a very healthy diet which exists mainly out of raw foods, eating many greens and fruits, and make sure to eat plenty of fats such as coconut, avocado, nuts, olive oil.
I do not mind if it is going to be hard, I would just love some tips, I would appreciate it so much! Thank you for reading :luxlove:
