Just lost my first 50, now I want to get rid of the slight belly I still have, 17/M, I want to lose around 6lbs in 4 weeks through low intensity weight training(4 days - upper lower split) and cardio most days for no more than 45 mins, and stomach vaccums every few days.
I take caffeine(Moderate usage) and try and keep my protein intake high and even through the day, cutting out carbs after about 6-7pm.
Is this going to get me the weight loss I'm looking for in 4 weeks? My stomach is just really getting annoying now...
Any comments/suggestions appreciated
