Just lost my first 50, now I want to get rid of the slight belly I still have, 17/M, I want to lose around 6lbs in 4 weeks through low intensity weight training(4 days - upper lower split) and cardio most days for no more than 45 mins, and stomach vaccums every few days.
I take caffeine(Moderate usage) and try and keep my protein intake high and even through the day, cutting out carbs after about 6-7pm.

Is this going to get me the weight loss I'm looking for in 4 weeks? My stomach is just really getting annoying now...

Any comments/suggestions appreciated

Also to mention, I'm planning on bulking up after this, aiming to actually be able to take my top off by Christmas :) So I'm looking to maintain some muscle mass, but not "essential" as I really need to cut this before I go away.

Get off the split, Full bodys consiting of large multi joint movements are what you want. Especially when trying to loose weight.

I personally believe if you can do 45 minutes of cardio then your going at it FAR to lightly. Raise the intensity finish what you did in 45 minutes in 20 minutes.

Why exactly are you cutting off your carbs after 6-7? Its about Calories in calories out in an entire day. Not which macro you decide to limit.

That depends on two major factors. Your diet and training. If both are in check you can loose the weight in time.

I'm around 188lbs, an 188cm, so BMI is "healthy" it's just I still have some fat around my stomach.

I'm trying to keep intensity low so I burn more fat than carbs... But I'll go for it more next time ;)

I was on a fullbody program, it's just hitting the same muscles two days in a row did me no favours.

I might be taking in too few kcal right now, trying only for about 250kcal off my maintenance and then taking some more off through my cardio.
