Finish high school the right way

Hi to all. I'm an 18 year old male, coming up on my Senior year of High School, and I want to end things there happily. So, during the summer I'll be shedding a few pounds.
My goal is'nt anything extreme, or massive.
I want to lose around 10 lbs. I HATE having flab on my calves, theighs, stomach, and chest. It's gotta go!
Heres my stats:

5'10
145lbs
Heres what I'm working with:

I appreciate any and all crtiqueing and comments! :D

Welcome to the site!

From your pictures, and from your stats, you really don't have 10 pounds to lose...

I really think what you want to do is tone up and perhaps do some weight lifting to give yourself some definition, and i'm not suggesting you start bench pressing 200 pounds you can start with multiple repititions of low weights (like 5 pounds) and get yourself tones that way...

...Ironically I do bench press 200 lbs. :D How'd you guess?
I'm just not getting ANY definition, it really ticks me off!
And I just figured there was fat in the way of my muscles...
I'm completely lost...

are you eating enough? particularly protein? you're at a great age to start eating right.. before it gets to be a problem.. so you might want to start using a place like www.fitday.com - to see where your daily calories are going...

Are you lifting at home or at a gym? If it's at a gym, you might want to consult with a personal trainer to make sure you are doing it right... and get some tricks on what you should be doing...

Yeah I'm eating pretty healthy, including protein(which is the majority of my diet). I workout at home, can't afford a Gym or a Trainer.
From what I read on your brother site, decent definition normally occurs around 9-10% BF. I have 16% BF. So, maybe I'll start by lowering my body, and doing defining workouts.

Think that could work?
