Finding the time to Exercise

its really hard for me to find time to go running. when i get home from school and work i feel tired and unmotivated. would it be better to run in the morning when i wake up? how do i motivate myself to run after a long day?
 
You may even have a better workout if you do it in the morning when you are rested. You shouldn't work out when you are tired.
 
early mornings are great. december will make 3 years i've been lifting first thing in the morning. when you work late, you wont have to worry about getting it done and if you get off early, you have the whole afternoon to play. :D
 
I have read that doing Cardio in the morning on an empty stomach (after you drink some water of course) helps you improve almost 300% faster then doing the same amount of workout in the afternoon.
I also just like to workout in the mornings to sort of "get it over with" so i dont have to worry about squeezing it in sometime in the day.

Lastly, when you say you can't find time to work out, think about about the people who can't work out (handicapped) who would give anything just to be able to run or bike or workout... That's the kind of stuff I think of when I feel tired or I just "can't find time to bike."
 
Either Way...

You may be able to work out in the morning...you may not but give a try. However if you are going to workout in the morning, make sure you get something to eat before you go running- Your body needs that energy.

You may be tired at night...so wait until later on that night- That may work.

If you're tired after work...that's typical but you can try to do a little at a time. Most of it is because your body isn't used to doing some form of activity after work, you used to and you got lazy, you are not eating properly, you are not drinking enough of your fluids...all these things could be affecting your routine. You may not even get enough or too much sleep.

What ever you do, start in small steps otherwise it will be too difficult and you'll give up.
 
be motivated be determined..
even when im tired i'd work out the only thing that really stops me from working out is if im sore. I'd work out anywhere.. lol ANYWHERE :)
