Find an exercise you like and stick with it!

I tried quite a few different exercise routines and it took me a while to find something that I liked and could get excited about. I tried treadmills and sationary bikes and I realized that they where not my cup of tea.

I love the outdoors, so walking became my number one choice of exercise.

I have two dogs and they really appreciate the long walks, even when I am not up to it they will give me that extra push to get going.

I also recently started taking yoga classes and I was surprised at what a good workout it is.

It is a great way to tone your body and to gain inner peace.

I also love to dance so I tried NIA and Zumba. They are both a very fun way to exersice.

So my suggestion to you is try all kinds of different exersices, find the once you like and stick with it. If you enjoy it, it will become part of your daily routine.
