One of the things helping me lose weight is knowing each minute detail about how much I weigh in pounds and kilos, how much I've lost, left to lose, my BMI, how many days left etc.
That way along the way I am hopefully reaching a new milestone every few days. This week I dropped below 30 BMI (reason to be happy), I am below 16 Stone (reason to be happy), I am ahead of my targeted weight loss plan (reason to be happy).
Goals I am now looking forward to - reaching 100 Kg, my BMI dropping below 29, reaching the milestone of having lost 10 Lbs etc.
