Hey all, I recently went through a life style change/ diet to loose some weight. I was successful in losing 30 pounds, though I never reached my "ideal weight". I decided to take a break and I put on 10 of those pounds again. This is frustrating to me, and even though I slowly watched my weight creep up and up, I am only now deciding it's time to loose some weight again. I'm hoping to build some healthy habits along the way of loosing another 15 kg so that I won't need to worry about gaining the weight back once I loose it, and remain a healthy weight. Please help and support me in my journey and share some tips along the way. This is my first time on a weight loss forum, but I hope that having a community supporting me will make it easier this time.
