I have been on a diet and exercising on and off since January. I did all of my exercising at home. I used bowflex dumbells for strength training and Bowflex treadclimber for my cardio. I went from 263 down to 197 then back up to 210 after a month of lazyiness and eating crazy. So i'm stepping it up I just joined a gym for the first time in my life. I'm 21 btw. And i'm committed to getting back under 200 and getting in better shape.
