Let's see.. where to start.. Ok, I've been overweight since I was about 11 I think. I was about 190 and %28 when my life changed. I had been making poor choices in my life and my family helped me to remecy it by sending me to a character correction camp named Anasazi. It's a primitive-camping based camp, and we hiked about 8 hours a day, 4-5 days a week. Upon my return home. This program turned my life around, it also sparked my weight loss. Upon my return home, I was 175 %17. I have been home for a while now and am currently 170 %15.5, (I think my scale is wrong, because I personally don't think i'm %15 body fat..)
Anyways, this has sparked my motivation to lose fat and keep it off. I am a complete newby to fitness, and I hope this forum can help. Mostly, I want to lose fat in my pectorials, and bulk up as I am thinking about a job in police/security. So if anyone has advice, let me know! I have a gym membership, and currently do about 30-60 mins of cardio every other day, I need to work out a weight plan though.
