Hello Everyone,
I'm glad to have finally found some weight loss support. I just began a low calorie diet two week's ago in an attempt to drop some excess weight. At 5'2" and 161 lbs, my energy levels are so low I have little feature to get up and do anything. I've started a kettle bell workout and it's one of the few work outs I've ever really enjoyed.
I'm really looking forward to reading about everyone elses fitness and diet strategies and seeing some great transformations!
