I'm finding myself so hungry inbetween meals. It causes me to snack, and sometimes it's things I shouldn't snack on. Generally i keep healthy snacks in the house, but sometimes I just want chocolate or salt. What should I eat/drink to tide me over, get me away from these cravings?

Any suggestions?
 
Pretzels or saltines are a good alternitive to chips or some other salty snacks.

I also love to make popcorn (not the microwave kind...the real kind). I put some seasoning salt in it and then I spray butter flavored cooking spray on it and yumm!

As far as sweet snacks I like to eat jello or yogurt
 
before you snack on anything, try drinking a large glass of ice cold water first. a lot of times our bodies/minds mistake thirst for hunger and just grab something without REALLY thinking about it first. then wait 20 minutes and if your still hungry then snack on some carrot sticks, egg whites, or small handful of nuts.
