Fighting obese and fat burning

Hi,
I have just joined the forum to share my experience and find ways to loose weight and fight obesity. I am 54 years old man, in january I weighted 156 kg then started filling pains and ache all my body, I registered to the gym club with personal trainer for two months twice a week but it did not work out my problem as I thought. still I loss 5 kilos not only that but it was off and on, means if I lose today next day goes up then found it waste of time and money. Well look at my age I could not manage all that. I march I decided to join a Diet clinic, well it was not too bad because after two months I lost 19 kg and have changed completely healthy wise, I became more fit than before. Unfortunately, I gave up and stopped for two reasons. first, the cost was too high spending £60.00 every week while I am unemployed and It was about body starvation of foods except their own containing 450 t0 600 calories a day plus 3 to 4 litters of water. Imagine I am sick and on special treatment, certains medication cannot be taken with empty stomach. To me it was like committing suicide . Since then I weight 145 kg steady. Please advise me of what I should do better...
 
I dont think so that u can get a good result.....I think you should talk with a doctor

I would suggest that you start a thread in the diary section, and list a little bit about what you are currently eating and what exercise you are doing so we can help you figure out the right way to achieve your goals.
 
Diet play important role in losing weight. If you are having calories in your meal then it doesn't make food bad. But that also doesn't mean you are supposed to have it daily. Losing weight is actually easy what you need to do:: be focused, confident, andmotivated. Keeping healthy body is in our hands. You have to remove those toxins from your body by losing weight. Remember,
