Most people have done these before but here's the gist of it.
You weigh once a week (choose whatever day you like best), and choose a goal for the end of the month.
Anyone can join at any time during the month!
January 30: 173.2
February 6: 170.6 (-2.6)
February 13: 169.2 (-1.2)
February 20: 165.8 (-3.4)

February 27: 164.4 (-1.4)
Goal Weight: 165

, hope I keep this up.
283.4, I put on weight, knew it was too good to last, but hey... 7 more days left in the month lets see if I can at least break-even and get back to 282 and at least its still a 6 lbs total net loss for the month.
