Most people have done these before but here's the gist of it.
You weigh once a week (choose whatever day you like best), and choose a goal for the end of the month.
Anyone can join at any time during the month!

January 30: 173.2
February 6: 170.6 (-2.6) :)
February 13: 169.2 (-1.2) :)
February 20: 165.8 (-3.4) :) :)
February 27: 164.4 (-1.4) :)

I kept this week's goal small as I have rebounded 2 pounds since the 1st as of today. 250s by the end of the month. Let do this!
 
Ahh I just started but I want to do this. I gave up soda for january but didnt work out or watched what i ate so there wasnt any effect. I just started training for a 5k and gave up sugar soooo we'll see what happens :x

Feb 1: 179
Feb 7: 176 (-3)
Feb 14: 171.4 (-4.6)
Feb 21: 172.6 (+1.2)
Feb 28: 170.0 (-2.6)

HOPING to be 172-169 by march !! Last time i went on a strict diet, 10lbs a month was doable but IDK if i can pull that off again haha

All of you are kicking serious butt! I'm not, but I will salvage the rest of this month. See what I can do in 2 weeks. I didn't weigh in Saturday, but I know it's up.

You have all inspired me! Keep it up!

Surprisingly good weigh in today, though I wonder if I'm a bit dehydrated as I didn't drink too much water yesterday especially with doing the hot yoga and sweating everything out.

After screwing up for the better part of this month I hit my goal today. So salvaging the month and still going to make the 250's by month's end.

Taboo, you are still tearing it up for the month. If you are going to rebound at least it was following a huge drop.
 
:angelsad2: 283.4, I put on weight, knew it was too good to last, but hey... 7 more days left in the month lets see if I can at least break-even and get back to 282 and at least its still a 6 lbs total net loss for the month.
