Sport Fiberous Carbs

Sport Fitness
Actuall i have two questions here.
1) I'm getting to many complex carbs in my diet. I can't seem to enjoy any fiberous carbs other than things like spinach, lettuce, green beans, and peas. Green beans seem to be pretty much nutrionless, and peas aren't what i would consider an abunded source of nutrients(along with lettuce as well). I've litterly tried forcing myself to eat brokely, celery, and cuecumbers but i really can't manage to eat it raw. Can yall give me some example of how to eat this crap? I've heared of celery and penute butter which sounds like a good carb/fat mix, so i'm gonna try that, but everything eles i can't think of things for. I would like to eat these raw so i can get the most out of them.

2) My second question is: have yall tried John Beradi's "Get Shredded Diet"? I would like to try this sometime, but since i'm part time, i'm a little screwed for money. This diet sounds pretty interesting though. The only problem is it's seems pretty expensive due to the supplementing.
Thanks

Actually, i have 3 questions :). I don't wanna post simple one answer questions in individual sections. Is my post workout supposed to taste like straight up suggar water? i use 2 dextros scoops, 1 whey's scoop. It's the right ratio, but taste soooo sweet

1) I know some people say carrots are too sugary and I've even heard of diets restricting them, but why? I eat carrots every single day, and I lost 30 pounds doing so. One of the best tasting raw veggies, if you ask me. Broccoli is hard to eat raw, and frankly, I don't, I'm willing to sacrifice some nutrients by cooking it and eating with chicken. And maybe I'm missing something, but what is wrong with lettuce and green beans? They are full of nutrients.

3)Watch yourself. Do you have a scale to confirm the actual grams you are putting in your shake?

With mine, one scoop of ON whey has about 24 g. of protein. I use that same scooper to put in the dextrose which is heavier, and it comes out to about 48 g. per scoop. It is sweet, but not ridiculously so.

So just because the ratio is 2:1, doesn't exactly mean 2 scoops to 1 scoop if you catch my drift.

1) Steam them, thats how I eat all my veggies. Or you can cook them right in with whatever meat you are eating them with. A good stir fry ain't bad every now and again.

2) I think Berardi is incredibly smart, but I'm very skeptical of the diets, routines, etc... of the t-nation sponsored guys that are full of supps.

3) Dextrose is denser than whey. 2 scoops of dextrose is probably like 80-90 grams of sugar where a scoop of whey is only 20-25 grams of protein. I'd cut that dextrose dose in half.
