Fiber Suppliment

Ive been thinking the same thing. I eat little rice and bread in addition to veggies so I think I may invest in a fiber supplement.
 
If you are not getting at least 30g or so in your normal diet, I would probably look for an alternative source. Try Fiber1 cereal. There is 14g right there. Add some fruit and a little splenda and it isn't bad.
 
I get most of my fiber from food but when I have a rushed day I take Fibersure and digest great. Its tasteless really, I just put it in my morning tea with fennel, its a great combo.
 
You might look for Ezekial bread or hemp bread/tortillas...they're loaded with fiber and they taste good.

P.S. Syntha6 has 5 grams of fiber per serving ;)
 
Be sure to keep up on that and stay informed. You don't want to become a has-been.

I just passed today, it was my little celebration to myself and alert to some who knew I was taking it. I am not the big head kind, just happy to have gotten this far and to hopefully go further. This is just the first step for me. ;)
 
25-30g per day.
