Fiber Supplements

I was wondering if anyone here had any experience with long term Fiber Supplement use.

Back when I was exercising, I was taking two Fiber pills a day (the brand name escapes me now) along with lots and lots of water and I didn't seem to have any problems.

The problem is, I didn't use them long enough to gauge whether or not they are at all useful to use along with exercise for weight loss purposes.

Can anyone here recommend some Fiber supplements?
 
get the fibersure or benefiber powder. you'll prolly find them in the pharmacy of your grocery store. 1 tsp is 5grams of fiber.

try to get the bulk of your fiber from veggies, fruits, and real whole grains like steel cut oats.

fiber one has a lot of breakfast bars out now that aren't too bad on the sugar content (relatively speaking)
 
I use pysilium fiber husks. It comes in a big bag and i drink it with water or mix them in shakes.

BTW taking fiber isnt going to make you lose weight. You have to eat less calories than you burn.

I helped wonders for someone like me, it helped me feel fuller and i was able to consume fewer calories. I switch between Colon Cleanse and Now Psyllium Powder. They do not taste too good, though i didnt want to buy one with sugar or artificial sweetener added
