I need a fiber supplement that doesn't cause gas or bloating. I heard of one but can't remember the name. I take fibersure now and I think it makes me gasy. Anyone got anything?
I tried that stuff and they all mess with my stomach. Get those thomas' whole grain english muffins, they're not too bad and have 30% DV of fiber. I eat two in the mornin and get the rest in veggies throughout the day.

Switch any grains you eat to whole grain.
Eat more vegetables.
Choose whole fruit over juice.
Beans are also high in fiber, but cause some people to get gas.
I recommend just getting your fiber from foods too. If a diet doesn't provide one enough fiber, I can't imagine it being healthy in other ways as well.
From what I know, excessive gas is sometimes caused by a lack of beneficial bacteria in the intestines---if I'm wrong about that, I hope someone will correct me.
