Sport fiber in whole wheat/grain...

im just wondering how much fiber a whole grain/whole wheat food is supposed to have...i have some oatmeal stuff that has like 8 grams per packet, and then whole wheat bread with like 1-2 grams, then some whole grain cereal that has 3...so im wondering why do foods that are supposed to be whole grain and whole wheat have such little fiber? i thought more fiber was the main reason to get whole wheat stuff?
 
well, compared to white bread, which has 1g or less of fiber, whole wheat is 300% better when it has 3g of fiber.

but to hit 25g of fiber a day, you'd need a lotta oatmeal.
veggies have fiber, and not much else, so a lot of veggies in your diet is always wise.
