Few questions

Hey folks, Im not sure if this is where I should put these questions, but Ill put them here anyway :biggrinsanta:

Anywho, I was wondering what are some good arm exercises you can do without the use of weights? Ive been doing "bench dips" for about 3 weeks now and Ive noticed some change in my triceps and deltoids, this is good and all, but I want to get a full arm workout.

Also, what are some good exercises for your forearms? I want to get a good bit of bulk in my forearms but don't know any good things to try.

My arms grew the most when I stopped focusing so much on them and more so on compound movements, which place more of a load on the arms anyhow.
 
I take it from your original post that you aren't training in a gym?

you can check out this site which can give you some good ideas for exercises you can do with what you have at your disposal... it's not the greatest of sites, but you'll get the idea.
