Few questions about morning exercising

Hi guys. I'm a 17 year old boy who likes to do some exercises in the morning. So I usually get up at 6.00 (or 5.40) and work-out until 7.00 . I star with a 2 - 5 km jog, after that I stretch my muscles - that takes around half an hour. After that I do some body weight exercises and lift dumbbells - that takes around ~20 minutes. Here're some questions :
1)What should I eat and when? Before or after exercising ?
2)Is my schedule good? Perhaps I shouldn't do heavy exercises so late in the morning?
3)How often should I run in the week? I mean, I'd like (and can) to run 7 days a week, but would that be good?
Would be happy to hear any suggestions....

1. I eat 2 hours - 30 minutes before a workout. But, you probably wont be able to do that early in the morning, so don't worry about it. Maybe eat a light breakfast just before you start.

2. Your schedule is fine. You can run every day if your body can handle it and it sounds like yours can.

Thanks, but there is bigger problem about eating. After jogging I haven't got much power left to work-out, and after working-out I haven't got much appetite and can only eat something light. Have heard something about fruits and low-fat milk, but wanted to know how it would look like on my schedule.

Why not do weights first? That is what I and most folks do. I like a robust breakfast before working out to replenish from the sleep and prepare for the workout. Fruits and low-fat milk don't cut it for me.

And what about proteins which you mix with water? Or are those just for serious body-builders?
Protein shakes are for anyone who lifts weights and wants to gain muscle, especially for those who also do cardio which can break down muscle. Take 1 protein shake after your workout or before it if time is tight.
